When you commit to packing in the fags, it is almost inevitable you will begin to put on weight – so beware and be prepared. There’s no complex science behind this, its quite simple – when you’e craving a cigarette you will sometimes fend off the craving by snacking. This isnt so bad when its just once or twice but for most, it becomes a habit (not another ruddy habbit!!!).
So next time you’re sat at your desk or at home and would normally light up, just take note of what you are actually doing to fend off the craving. If it is food you are using, make sure its not junk. Nuts and seeds are a great substite as they last for ages and so are grapes.

There is simply no substitute for commitment and dedication so make sure you are extremely well prepared for any possible pitfalls that might be lurking, waiting to trip you up.
